We went in with a tough sell due to having bought a 2015 travel trailer and now wanting to trade in for a 5th wheel Jayco Eagle. The dealings were through Joe, mainly by phone. Joe gave us a tour by using face time. We ended up buying the Jayco. Our 1st night out camping, I struggled with the auto leveling. I called Joe and again, through face timing, he helped me out. The staff at Rick's RV are very energetic and tend to really make their jobs enjoyable and make the customer feel very welcomed. Appreciate the assistance and pleasant experience, and love the Jayco.
