Two Times in One Year
Our two brand new cars have been hit this year while parked. Normally a very stressful situation (have had both cars for less than one year) turned it to a wonderful experience. Robyn at the desk was great!! Never got short with all the questions I asked, and I asked a lot. Also having the rental right there on site with no deposit down made it so much better. When neither accident was our fault, we were still asked to put a 130$ deposit down on a rental car at Hertz and i didn't have the money for it so i thought i was going to be with out a car. Thanks to them I was not. Jim was great too. He came straight out and told me everything that was wrong with my car when I dropped it off and did not drag on the process. I loved that they were straight forward and so quick. My car came out looking brand new!! I could not be happier with the customer service and support you get here. I will never go anywhere else. Although I do hope I dont have to go back anytime soon =] Thank you Rick, Jim, and Robyn for everything! Cant wait to see what our second car looks like tomorrow.
