After experiencing a hit & run and dealing with my insurance company, I brought my car to Rick's Auto Collision for repair. They carefully inspected my car and the estimate and gave me an appointment for the repair. When I went to the appointment, Rick's had a rental waiting on site for me, explained further what the process would be and a date as to when my car would be ready. On that date, I received a call telling me my car was ready and to come and get it. When I got there my car was gleaming in the sun looking better than the day I bought it in 2012.
