The company responded promptly to text communication about my roof repair needs. The owner set an appointment promptly to inspect within 72 hours and determined the repair could be accomplished in the same day. This is premium service that was completed to satisfaction as evidenced by before and after pictures. The cost was higher than I thought it would be, but for that type of service during a particularly difficult period of labor shortages, I was happy paying the extra cost to get the work completed.
