My wife and I had a positive experience with Residential Rental Group. We rented a home from them for 4 years until we had to relocate into another state. Maintenance requests were always acknowledged and attended to promptly. I wasnt the biggest fan of property walkthroughs every six months, mainly because I have dogs but I understand they want to give owners peace of mind that the property isn't being destroyed. DeAnna and all the staff were friendly and polite, it was a very simple experience with them. I would recommend using them and I will be returning back to Oregon in 4 months and I will check and see if they might have another rental home for us that fits our needs.

We have been working with Residential Rental Group for 5+ years now as owners. We find them to be efficient, resourceful and professional at managing our property. They also manage properties for two of our friends who are also quite happy with their services. Our last tenants liked RRG so much, they rented from them again when they were ready to move to a smaller home. Jeanna Cole, the owner, is great at diffusing situations. The entire staff is friendly and professional. The longer I work with them, the more I appreciate what they can do and how they do it.
