Ken helped me purchase my first home in Bend and he also helped me sell the same property. He knows the area and its market very well which explains how he is 2 for 2 when it comes to closing on both transactions. From my perspective he has a 100% success rate! His wisdom and experience was very priceless when it came to navigating both the buying and selling processes. His consult was invaluable during a time of uncertainty as well. His professionalism, work ethic and calm nature made both transactions very smooth. He managed the selling process from the beginning, I didn't have to do a single thing. He took care of staging the house, hiring folks to tidy up the yard, holding multiple open-houses (even one under a not so ideal situation), hiring the handyman to address a few closing items and most importantly addressing my questions and concerns. Ken is very easy to work with and very accommodating. The next time I am in the market for my future Bend property, I know who to call - Ken Renner.
