Zane was super professional, efficient, and did a great job! Everything was spotless when he left, and have a great new (working) toilet! Dave walked through the best options for my situation over the phone, and glad I made the decision I did. Highly recommend.
Our aged water quit on a Sunday night. We called Renew to order a replacement, but Dave and Josh both suggested that we see if our existing tank could be rebuilt for a substantially lower price. Zane was dispatched a day after our call; replaced the thermostats and controls, and we had hot water within an hour. It is a rare experience to receive an honest appraisal from a business which could have charged us for an expensive and unnecessary replacement
