Jenny in the office was very kind and helpful. She was willing to work with me regarding payment and was quick to get someone out here. She was concerned with what concerned me. Fred was very professional and he got the job done quick. He gave me tips to keep my problem from happening again and explained everything he was doing. His attitude was great. I would definitely recommend Rapid Rooter!
