I like a cushy spa massage as much as the next, but this was perfect for my tense muscles. Really focused on my problem areas and helped relieve my pain. Jeff was very professional, and I'll be back for more work.

Jeff is a highly capable therapist who really knows how to go the right level of depth to achieve the best outcome for each session. I've been a long time client and definitely recommend that you give him a try. His focus on sports massage is very useful, but he is also great no matter what is causing your discomfort. Oh, and he doesn't make you listen to that cheesy massage music that a lot of therapists do!
