Becky at Preferred Residential was referred to us by our neighbor. We're snowbirds and didn't want to leave our home empty so we contracted her services to find renters over the winter months. Becky was very responsive, very professional, and she has found excellent renters for our home. We appreciate Preferred Residential's high standards for tenants and their thorough screening process. We find comfort that when we leave for the winter our tenants have someone in Bend to call on if needed. We highly recommend Preferred Residential for home owners and renters alike.

I recently sold my home through Becky and the team at Preferred Residential in Bend. They were great to work with. Becky helped me with many details that would have been hard for me to deal with while living out of town. I had to find someone to take my furniture and Becky was able to connect me with a non-profit in Bend that was happy to receive the donation. She and Koby even rolled up their sleeves and helped me move the furniture out of the house. Becky also knew just who to call when something had to be fixed before we could close. Preferred Residential service was outstanding. I highly recommend this team.
