Exactly what I expected. The Italian beef with mozzarella and sweet peppers were delicious. It was moist without being soggy. I love the Portillo’s salad with the ditalini. The crinkle cut fries were cooked and seasoned perfectly. The Coke had just the right mix of carbonation and syrup. Their tray with the cup holders is genius for getting your order to your table without worrying about a cup tipping over. The container for the salad is also so smart since the dressing cups fit right in the lid. They give you plenty of dressing so the entire salad gets coated. We also got the strawberry shortcake but I was too full to eat it until later. The whipped cream was a little runny by the time I finally ate it so I will try it again when I can eat it fresh. I like that they sell their food to make at home!
