I had a wonderful experience today at Ponderosa Family Physicians off of Hampden in Aurora Colorado. Linda was my nurse/technician who gave me my second shingles shot and my flu shot. She made me feel very comfortable. Thank you for your wonderful customer service today Linda You are very much appreciated. I also wanted to edit this review and tell you how wonderful Aline was when I came in last week to set up the shot appointments. Her customer service was the best I've ever had there as far as front desk reception. Sometimes I find that people are very involved with what they're doing and don't look up and take the time to say hello but she did. With this said I do understand that people are busy. 👍 Lynn Dougherty

I've been a patient at Ponderosa Family Physicians since 1990. My first doc retired about 20 years ago, and my second doc just retired. They were both great. I was assigned my third doc, and was so happy to discover he seems just as great. He seems genuinely interested in my well-being and was extremely friendly and thorough. I've moved away from Aurora but it's worth the drive to come back to this office for my medical care.
