I had stopped at the o’Reilly’s in Searcy to have my charging system checked. It was putting out less than 12 volts. Don put a meter on the battery and confirmed it was not putting out the correct voltage. He then checked his computer and told me I had the wrong alternator on my truck. I had purchased the current alternator at a O’Reillys in Huntsville, AR back several months ago. They sold me the wrong alternator. Don ordered the correct one and I had a local mechanic install it for me. I have to say Don was very understanding of my situation. He is both knowledgeable and courteous. I would definitely would go to this store again to buy parts. Ask for Don , he is the Man!
