Mike Newcomb is my "go to" Home Inspector for all the homes that I represent as a Buyer's Agent here in Central Oregon. He has an extensive background in Construction, and as a former Appraiser, as well as working with rating properties for Energy Efficiency, so his eye for detail and his knowledge of homes is vast! Mike is detail orientated, knowledgeable, professional, reliable, organized and trustworthy. Mike also does a great job in keeping up on the latest code requirements, building materials and practices, and does a great job explaining his findings and helping to find solutions for both buyers & sellers. I would recommend Mike to any Buyers, Sellers, or Real Estate Agents looking for a good and thorough Home Inspector in Central Oregon.
