Exceptional Service!!!!
I have been a customer of North Andover Auto Body for many years. That admission doesn't do much for my driving record...but I know from my experience with this company...that they do excellent work on both small and large repairs. They are also very nice to their customers.
The other day I backed into a large truck with my Honda CRV and damaged, cosmetically, my spare tire wheel cover. I took it to North Andover Auto Repair to see what my options would be to get it repaired. I was given 4 options...buy a new one (VERY expensive) buy a new one without the Honda Logo (also expensive), buy a black pullover (still expensive in my book) or touch up the marred area with paint. I chose the last one as it was reasonable in price.
I picked the tire cover up this morning...they put it back on my Honda. I assessed the work and although not perfect like a new one would be... it passed muster and when I pulled out my credit card to pay. I was told. No Charge.
What a wonderful way to start my day! Thank you Jeff and North Andover Auto Repair!!!!!!! You are the "BEST"!
