I started taking classes about a year ago. I had no intention on making it my only source of exercise. But here I am, a year later. I go 3-5 days a week and will never stop! There are classes that are for beginners as well as challenging ones. They are all heated from 98-102 degrees. Yes, it sounds too hot. But i assure you that you will feel AMAZING when you leave there! It took me a about a month to get used to the heat. But now i feel like if I'm not sweating I'm not gaining. With the yoga flows and stretching i have gotten so balanced and flexible. The high intensity intervals and strength training has made me so strong and gain muscle I've never been able to. It's safe to say, I'm obsessed!
