We had two bathrooms renovated by Nielsen’s team. They are very responsible and have done a great job on the project. We are happy with the results and my kids love the new shower. Nielsen is very much on top of things and always available when you have any questions or concerns. We also had some small projects, such as warped floor in the living room and defective backyard door etc., and would be a lot more work and cost if seeking another company. Nielsen helped us to get all these things fixed. We’ll definitely use them again for future projects.
We met w/ two contractors. One came totally unprepared and we didn't get a good feeling. Nielsen arrived at our very first meeting with the plans already printed and samples in tow. We were totally impressed w/ the fact that he had already reviewed everything and was basically ready to roll! Our next meeting was going over the contract page by page and he answered all our questions w/ knowledge and patience. The whole process of renovating our kitchen/den (with walls taken down) was done professionally and on time. The whole Nielsen team and contractors were professional and knew their stuff!
