This has been something so was very concerned about. When we rented the house we found a baby grand piano downstairs in the half basement we needed it moved to the main floor and it wouldn't fit up the stairs. I reached out to MyProMovers sent some pictures and a description into the person on the phone. They sent me a quote within an hour. I was honestly a little scared by the price I thought they may be trying to give me a law number then charge me more the day of the move. Either way I accepted and set a date. I was unable to be home for the move so my wife and daughter were there alone. Hugo (I believe is the leads name) showed up with his crew right on time. I spoke with my wife to see how things were going about 45 min later and the piano was already moved and being put back together. My wife was highly impressed with the professional and respectful nature of the crew. Even though the only choice they really had was to go up a muddy dirt hill with the piano we expected some dirt and mud in the house and they wanted to clean it up after. I was shocked and haven't had service like that in a long time. The ONLY issue I had was I didn't find out they had a few to pay with a card until Friday night before the move and didn't have time to get enough cash out of the bank. This requires me to call after the move put a tip on my card. Other than that EVERYTHING was EXCEPTIONAL
