I am extremely satisfied with the care I received today. Vickie Clous did more, and ordered more, for me than my 5 year primary physician has done the entire time I was with them. The staff is efficient and very good at keeping things running smoothly. Thank you.
The doctor was nice, staff was semi-efficient although when I arrived they said they would send me a text with a link to fill out all the pre-registration paperwork. I explained I had already done it, it took me 1.5 hours to complete and I was not doing it again. Then all of a sudden she found it. Next, I checked my medication list I had filled out and noticed someone named “Gloria” added another set of “current medication meds that were never reviewed with me during my appointment. Some of the medications were on my allergy list, one goes into an intrathecal pump (she had it down as me taking orally), some I ad not heard of before (if I had been on it, it may have been one I was on in 2015 during cancer treatment, but again, Gloria did not address this medication with me during my appointment especially since I didn’t list it on my current active medication list. I’ll be curious to review what she entered for my current medical conditions that are not accurate. Aside from that, scheduling online was easy, I didn’t wait once I arrived. The doctor was a C-FNP and appeared very knowledgeable. There are inconsistent and incorrect items checked and not checked on my symptoms checklist, but that’s ok, I just wanted to get home and back to bed. I already a regular PCP who I see, but she was not available and with the 3 terminal conditions I have, it was recommended I was seen sooner rather then later. Glad I went, I have no problem going back, I willl make sure my paperwork is filled out correctly moving forward.
