PET FRIENDLY! We never stay at Motel 6s but this visit made me reconsider ! Dawn at the front desk was so warm and inviting! I had a great friendly conversation with her while checking into my room. When I mentioned I had a baby, she moved us to a room on the first floor without me asking. She even called after we had settled in to make sure everything was great and if we needed anything else. Just an all-around great experience. Highly recommend!
For the first time ever in my 60+ years, I have never had such great customer service. The desk clerk gave us a great rate and even said he would not rent the room above us so we didn't hear the people upstairs walking around (I didn't ask him to do that or even mention we needed to sleep). The rooms were updated with great colors. The bathroom was updated as well with oblong toilets ( not the little tiny round ones) and a nice sink and countertop. No carpet was in the room so it was cleaner than we expected. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. I usually don't want to even try Motel 6, but we were in a bind and tired of driving. This place exceeded our expectations.
