Has plenty of cardio and weight training equipment. Offers fitness classes, personal trainer. Has lockers you can rent located in the bathrooms which also has a shower and hair dryers at least in the womens restroom. Some lockers are in front that are smaller you can use for free. There are coat hangers for jacket hang up and a table with key hooks to hold you keys. The employees are kind and helpful.
I really liked coming here. Until I was laughed at by some buff dude and his friends. I canceled my membership after that. I was minding my own business on the stationary bike when he stopped and stared at me before laughing and pointing me out to his friend. I know I'm fat. But I was trying to work on that as well as my health. I had just had surgery on my shoulder that had been causing debilitating pain for 10 years. I got cleared to start going to the gym by my physical therapist. Luckily going to the gym gave me the motivation to work out at home so I've continued to be active. Maybe I'll rejoin when I won't get mocked for my size. But the staff are fantastic. And very accepting and made me feel welcome. They are not responsible for the actions of other gym members. Its just sad that this great place still has people who ruin it for others.
