Amazing!

The roof of my car was peeling... the clear coat seal was coming off and I was nervous that the winters in NE would eventually eat through my roof. I initially went to a dealer to see if there was any kind of warranty for this because a lot of other Honda's same color had this exact issue. The dealer offered to pay HALF of the cost - they went to their Auto Body vendor and got a quote that was DOUBLE what Mike's Auto Body was going to charge me. I personally think that the dealer was saying they were going to pay half, but in reality I would have paid 100%. I wanted to support local business and a great family. I chose Mike's because they were friendly and got back to me with a quote within 24 hours, while the dealer took 4 days!!!! They were courteous, kind and the car looked brand new when I got it back. Added bonus - they cleaned and detailed the inside of my car for no extra charge - now that is what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE. Extremely happy girl!
