Terrific Service and People

I have had to go to a mechanic shop 4 times in the past 3 years, something that angered me so much because it was due to careless driving mistakes on the part of my daughters. However, what allowed me to get through the whole process was Steve Williams. He walked me through what to expect, costs, assured me that the car would be new again, except for this last time where it was totaled. Again, he helped me do my homework to get a fair price for my car from the insurance co. The work done on the three other occasions was completed in a timely manner, the end product looked good as new, and the whole shop was so easy to deal with. I hate dealing with car issues but can honestly say, S. Williams made the whole experience so much more bearable. I would definitely recommend them.
