I was a bit rattled and lost as to what to do following my first accident. I was told to call Jeff and the folks at Middlesex. While the work done on my car was impeccable, they couldn't have been more helpful. They walked me through the process and provided the guidance and how to handle the situation. They had a rental car for me and were great at following up. It feels good to support a multi-generational company. Hard to think I would go anywhere else.
If I had any criticism it would be that you should look to upgrade your rentals. It's great to have access to cars when you arrive and a huge differentiating benefit, but you don't want to have to hassle with poor windshield wipers or any other malfunctions.
One other service offered by another auto body shop is the option of receiving "in process" pictures as the work is getting done. My colleague had it and she thought it was a good way to stay connected. Probably not necessary for everyone but a nice amenity.
