Outstanding Organization, Excellent Service

Recently, I had my first accident someone backed into my car. When I called Middlesex they took the time to educate me and walk me through the process of what to expect. Like most of us I keep a very demanding and busy schedule. Jeff/Steve and Kerri handled everything for me; they called the insurance company to schedule my rental car, worked with the insurance company and the appraiser to move things along, and had my car back to me within a week. Clean, polished and looking great! They are truly a great organization to work with and appreciate everything they did to make this a painless process for me.
