I Am Glad to Know That Places Like This Still Exist

I am beyond pleased with my recent experience at Middlesex Auto Body. I found and selected MAB after reading online reviews, and I am happy to say that my experience absolutely lived up to these reviews. Jeff was incredibly thorough with my vehicle and ultimately discovered far more damage than was found in my original appraisal; and he then negotiated with my insurance company to ensure that the repairs would be covered. Jeff was amazingly flexible, meeting me before the shop opened (on multiple occasions) to accommodate my work schedule. Jeff communicated with me throughout the repair process and offered cost-saving options. Having a rental car available on-site is also a convenient and helpful service.
I am glad to know that places like this still exist—one that strives for excellent customer service and performs truly quality work. I will not hesitate to recommend MAB to others. Thanks!
