I took my car there Steve took a look at my car and ran me through the process. Carie Jeff"s assistant contacted the insurance company on my behalf and arranged for an appraisal. Few days later Carie called me again telling me she received the appraisal from insurance and I can drop my car there and she also arranged for rental car for me. A week later I received my freshly painted car. Jeff and his team did a great job. And they communicating with the insurance saved my lots of time and energy.
