Great Customer Service and Experience

I got into an accident about 3 months ago and they took care of me right away. The fact that they also do car rentals took that concern away as well! They deal directly with the insurance company so that you don't have to.
This also isn't a negative - but they are a cash/check business so you may want to factor that into your situation. Fast forward to today (4/24/13) - There was an issue with my car door and they jumped on it right away. Great Customer Service and Experience and I highly recommend them to anyone.
