Exceeded Our Expectations in Every Way!

Not having needed auto body repair work in years, we were at a total loss where to go after our car was hit in a parking lot. Jeff was efficient, friendly and immediately looked at our vehicle the same day. He meticulously went over several options of how to approach the job to get the absolute best result. His estimate was incredibly detailed, and reasonable. Our vehicle now looks better than before the accident; both my husband and I are amazed. The job was finished earlier than we anticipated. The rental car fee was very reasonable, and the rental they gave us had fewer miles on it than any of our (fairly new) cars. That was a nice surprise. Jeff even saved us a few dollars on a part that was ultimately not needed. Middlesex Auto Body exceeded our expectations in every way! Hope we don't need them again soon, but if we do...........we now know who to call.
