Awesome Job and Great Easy No Hassle Experience

Brought my 2000 VW Jetta in to get the driver side fixed after an accident. Jeff looked it over and told me it was going to be more than the insurance estimate, and that he would work with them to figure it out. I told him that I was concerned because it is an older car and the insurance might just total it out. He told me not to worry about it and that he would work with what he got and keep me informed if there were any issues. I also needed a couple of other minor things done that he took care of (that maybe were not so minor after all).
Bottom line, I just had to drop my car off and drive away in a rental that he provided, come back a week later and pick up a perfectly repaired car. Really great job, great communication, thorough... I really can't say enough good things about the total experience and will definitely use them again in the future.
