We had a phone appointment, she called exactly time of, walked me through my entire credit history and gave me amazing advice on how to pay off these loans and get my score back up. She was SUPER knowledgeable in what she does, and I didn’t feel like she was judging my past. She was just very kind, and really gave me all the answers I needed. Time and time again Mid Oregon has made banking and financing easy for my family. Banking local, where people know you means so much. This past week we were selling our pickup and wanted to make sure we had all the documents we needed so that we didn't drive an hour and find out we were missing something. I reached out to Teri Drew from the Madras branch in a personal text asking if she was working, she responded immediately, "how can I help?" She called me and walked me through the process, and then told me to as for Thomas in the bend branch if anything came up while we were there. She told me to tell him that Teri sent me, because she was currently on vacation in Hawaii. I felt so bad bothering her on her trip, but she states she was happy to help.
