Matt and his team were great. Very nice and easy to work with. Matt was a huge help and took the time to explain everything to make sure we knew the process and what we were doing. He made customized videos and interactive comparison tools, and was always just a call, text, or e-mail away and ready to help. He made the pre-approval and home buying process easy and gave great advice for the small and big decisions that needed to be made. Although most interactions were done through phone or e-mail, Matt took time to come to the closing at the title company to meet us in person and help explain and give support during the closing process. I would recommend Matt to anyone needing a mortgage broker.
