Rob was great from the night i sent in my inquiry about ceramic coating! I filled out the questionnaire around 730pm online and he replied personally to answer my questions and put an estimate together for me . The personal interaction and education of the process is what sealed the deal for me. I was hesitant to drive an hour away to have my car ceramic coated as there were closer options, but again the thorough communication and follow up exceeded my expectations and my car was not even there yet!nRob offered to meet me 1/2 way to pick my car up which again was above and beyond.
