It's my first time here. Carmax recommended. Visited for an oil change. CB, checked the vehicle in. He's a very friendly person, this was an overall good interaction. He was just as nice to everyone who came in. Got here at 8:20 AM and was out by 9:40 AM. I have no complaints or anything Negative to state.
Some of the kindest and honest repair men I have worked with. I felt like they really cared about my issue despite the busy thanksgiving holiday, I left feeling confident that I had an understanding of the engine issue going on with my car and that they are resolved in the best way possible. I would go back for any other repairs I might need!
