As this was my first visit with my doctor, I can only rate this appointment. However, the doctor was a pleasure to work with and is one of the few who is able to work with my work schedule, which is a bonus. The video call did drop once, which the doctor said does happen sometimes with the software they use, but otherwise it worked without issue. I would definitely recommend Lifestance Health for teletext visits when it comes to behavioral health.
