Winter Night Furnace Emergency
Larkin actually provides prompt overnight emergency service. At 11:30pm our relatively new furnace was suddenly not functioning, with house temp. down to 52 degrees. I tried to contact two other 24 hour HVAC companies that were manned by dispatchers who could only say they would contact their technician,. However, I got no response over 6 hours. At 5:30 am I called Larkin. I spoke directly to Ryan the owner, who happened to be on call. He came by 7am and found a short circuit in the furnace wiring that he was able to fix within 30 minutes. The charge was only 59.00$ and any furtner need for service this winter will not have a 59$ dispatch fee. Am I happy with Larkin's service? I couldn't be happier!!
