“Top-Notch Service”

My furnace suddenly stopped turning on one morning. Researched and found the status error code to be 23 which meant: Pressure Switch Did Not Open Check for- 1) obstructed pressure tubing or 2) defective pressure switch (stuck in closed position). I did the standard thing by calling around random heat/cooling companies in my area. Spoke to about 3 companies and got two things: replace the pressure switch at roughly $300-$400 or came diagnose the issue at approximately $100-$130. I wasn't satisfied with what was presented to me so I dug even deeper and found that there was a possibility that I could remedy the situation by removing hoses and clearing it out myself if there was a clog. I wasn't comfortable enough to do this so I ultimately decided to make one more call. Luckily, I reached Ryan Larkin on the phone. It was about 8:30pm on a Friday night. I explained the situation and he agreed to come take a look later that night. Not only was his diagnostic fee a lot cheaper ($59) but my instinct told me that he was worth trying out. Long story short, Ryan came as promised (actually 30 minutes sooner than expected). He was very knowledgeable and straightforward. He explained to me the whole process on how a furnace actually works and what could cause my issue. Well, turns out he was correct. He simply removed a few hoses and cleared out the stuck valve. Everything started working again. I highly recommend Larkin to everyone. This company has proven to me that honesty goes a long way. Since I normally don't' have to deal w/ heating/cooling issues I usually just google companies for service. This procedure has changed now, I have saved the company's contact information and forever use their services.
