It’s clean in the office and all of the staff is very nice. I’ve had to come a couple times and they are quick, informative, and so kind. I hate getting blood taken and I can barely tell that’s what’s getting done when I’m there. Joyce was who helped me today and she really just put a smile on my face for the whole day. She was so nice and kind.
They closed the location closest to me, so I had to drive a little ways to get here. Demand in Denver is high, so I'm not sure why they are closing locations. Today - it was busy and I didn't have an appointment as none were available. Waiting room was small and I was able to grab the last chair in the lobby. After checking in on the kiosk, they had me in and out in about 15 minutes max. The tech that drew my blood did an excellent job. Despite the challenges, it was good experience. The staff made it that way - so thank you!
