I took a pool sample to a different pool store. They were baffled why my pool wasnt clearing and suggested buying a new pool pump. That did nothing. So I went to Julia's and they quickly realized the problem, told me what to get, how to use it, and said to come back and theyd check my levels again in a couple weeks. My pool finally cleared up and with simple maintenance, it was clear all season!
