Great Project Management

I worked on the project that Rebekah managed while at NEC. The project consisted of finding ways to improve the software process. Rebekah lead the team efficiently and effectively towards the team generated goals to their implementation. She is a good listener, the corner stone of all good management. She asked for inputs from the team members and then she lead the team in setting the action items for the next meeting of the team's schedule. She is a dedicated and successful leader and manager. I would would definitely consult her for my internet marketing project.

Able to keep all the balls in the air even when more are thrown at her!

I was lucky enough to watch Rebekah Richards in action. She broke down the illusive project into understandable tasks and then managed the staff to get each task accomplished by the target time. Even when the project morphed into something different, she was able to keep things moving and accommodate the new requirements and still meet the deadline. She is a great people person, I felt heard, and she explained her ideas well. It was always very collaborative. I highly recommend her.

Excellent results - Highly recommend

Worked w/Becky on a previous project engagement as a client. She is an excellent technical project manager. On top of all tasks, follow up and schedules. She delivered projects on time and under budget. <br /> <br /> Very skilled in using PM tools, effective communication skills.
