I have been working with Gail Chin, for the last Four months Three in 2021, One for 2022. I gave Gail a huge task to sign me up for commercial Insurance for my soon to be active Passenger Transportation Business. I was looking at setting myself up for pickups at PDX using a luxury sedan I had purchased in 2019. I searched for a commercial agent with other companies I had no luck. I knew that JMI Limousine Service operates at PDX and in Multnomah County. Also was referred to JMI Insurance by City Of Portland. I found Gail to be very helpful and she went out of her way to get me the Insurance I needed for the Passenger For Hire Transport Service. Many emails and phone calls, but finally Gail was able to get me the best rate and two Insurance policies I needed. Gail is the best!!! Great service I got from Gail she will be my agent for all Commercial Business I have. Going to bring over my Air Freight Delivery Business to her April 2022.
