Used Jesse to sell my mother's home while going through the estate/probate process. It couldn’t have gone any smoother. Jesse was invaluable in getting the home prepped and readied for sale. He even brought a trailer and demoed a brick hearth after we had an old wood stove removed. He had relationships with vendors we needed to clean the roof, replace a small section of carpet, pressure wash the exterior, and freshen up the interior paint. All done in a timely way. Home sold in the first weekend of marketing. We couldn’t have been more satisfied and would highly recommend Jesse and team.
Daphne Tappert was incredibly kind and helpful from the very start. Since I was house hunting from out of town, she would do virtual tours with me and was able to work around my schedule when I was able to come into town, even though she was busy with her own schedule as well - it always felt like she was putting me first. She was honest and looked out for me at each turn in the process. I was buying at a very intense, competitive time, but she helped me to feel confident in my decisions. If I decide to sell my home in the future, I will definitely be working with Daphne again - I loved her vibrant, fun energy and she was just a blast to work with. I could not recommend her and The Property Group more!
