Top notch, punctual, very helpful, and willing to answer questions. I was having problems with hardwired smoke alarms, and he explained everything to me, as well as getting up to the high ones in the vaulted ceilings. Apart from changing all the alarm batteries etc. Jason upgraded all the lightbulbs in my ceiling-mounted light fixtures while he was here. So grateful!
