Matt will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. After switching to their agency, we received a welcome card with a gift certificate to a local shop on 3rd st. Very kind unexpected gesture. If you are wanting an insurance agent and agency that goes above and beyond BEFORE you are a customer to make sure your needs will be met, this is definitely definitely one of the agency's I would recommend.
