We discovered a skylight leaking into our attic earlier this winter. The leak was quite bad and needed to be addressed ASAP. We got multiple quotes but were most impressed by Luke from Ibex who came out promptly and also pointed out several other items in our attic and on our roof that should be addressed. Their pricing was also not absurd!
Luke came out twice to complete the job which included replacing the skylight, shingles around the skylight, replacing rotten plywood from the leak, and also taking care of some venting from fans in our house that vented directly into the attic. He worked efficiently and was very mindful of clean up!
During the next heavy rain, I noticed that there were still some leaks around the new plywood near the skylight. Ibex made good on their warranty and Luke came out within a few days to address the issue.
After this, I was still seeing some leaks from nails where shingles were replaced. I reached out to Ibex again and they again made good on their warranty. Luke came out once more and discovered that the new shingles likely did not seal properly because they were installed during the wintertime. Luke went through and caulked every nail and also added some sealant to prevent future leaks. We had a heavy rain last night and I checked the area again this morning - no leaks!
Throughout this process, I've been extremely impressed with not only Luke but also the Ibex staff including Whitney from dispatch and Amber from the front desk. Ibex makes good on their warranties and I was very pleased at how they responded and addressed my issues in a timely manner. As a relatively new homeowner it's nice to know that there are companies that care about their customers out there and I will definitely be reaching out to Ibex for any future projects!

Despite not being initially included in their scope of work, one of the crew members assured me that he would take care of it. True to his word, he promptly removed the satellite dish. I am extremely grateful for his proactive attitude and commend him for going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. This incident truly highlighted the exceptional level of customer service and dedication displayed by the crew members at IBEX Roofing.
