The staff at Homestead worked beyond diligently when I saw a bungalow for rent that I absolutely loved. They worked with me, understanding a unique situation that could have complicated the matter most anywhere else. Repairs have been addressed promptly, and paying rent or requesting maintenance is convenient and easy with the app.
I have read so many reviews and only recognize 1 name, John. I have only been here a week and have such a good experience with the two ladies, Brianna and Monica. They are so sweet and helpful. When I moved in the floors we’re probably the original carpet from the 70’s, they replaced the floors in less than two days and I am now waiting for the painters. The difference with just the floors being replaced is great. I thought I’d have an issue with John regarding the toilet. The flooring guys had to take it out in order to do the floor behind the toilet, I called Homestead only to reach John, who told me he would see if someone could come out that day (his tone is what bothered me, as if we could just go all night with no toilet and it would be fine), I told him it’s the only bathroom we have, so we need it. Well, he came through, the plumber was there at 4 and he fixed our clogged garbage disposal that was clogged when we loved in. Overall, I have no complaints. Monica worked hard to get me into a place asap, knowing I had just relocated from Oklahoma and was staying in a hotel with two teens and three dogs. Thank you for that. We love it!
