Holistic Hormone Specialist of North Texas

I just got done with a 28 day detox challenge with Eleanor where I learned a lot about hormones, how they affect my body and the foods and supplements to help balance the body back out and keep it running like it should! In the 28 days I accessed things like my skin care, hair products and even my makeup. Found out that most of my current things are pretty “clean” and a few things I could trade in for brands that are less toxic for my body! I lost a few inches, started sleeping better, my skin looks healthier and my gut is smiling! If you are wanting to feel better in your skin, have better gut health, live a less toxic lifestyle and don’t know where to begin?! I highly recommend calling up Eleanor and getting in for a one on one consultation or join one of her amazing challenges!

I have been battling extreme fatigue, brain fog, weight gain and other issues normal doctors just want to brush off as part of life. Eleanor has listened and has tools that have started to move the needle for me in areas I just wasn't sure were ever going to change. I highly recommend her if you know there is something that your doctor is just brushing off. She won't!!

I am not a reviewer unless i have completed something and gotten results! But after working with Eleanor now for 6 weeks and rapidly experiencing improvement and surprise weight loss already, i decided to reviewalmost halfway through our goal plan! After initially meeting her to discuss my health concerns and goals, i chose to invest in the 6 month package to prioritize and commit to heal and recover my hormonal functions and learn about my health and nutrition. We have since done a Dutch test and now 2 sessions via virtual consultation to go over my prior experience and my present goals in the first session and then my Dutch test results in the second session. I have learned that Eleanor pays attention and genuinely listens to your needs, in my experience Eleanor has a wealth of expertise that she willingly shares to educate in "laymans terms", coming down to your level and helping you to understand your body with great detail, ensuring that you understand your health and habits and from there, supporting you safely and comfortably with personalized goals, plans and all her wonderful and informative resources relevant to where your health and overall needs stand. She will meet you where you are in your overall health, listen and identify all of your concerns and experiences, break it down for you in great detail until you understand and then guide you forward and transform your health according to your needs and goals until you are completely healed and at your absolute best functional self! In just 2 months, i have improved dramatically with the guidance and support of Eleanor's podcasts and online posts, my protocol personalized plan, wonderful meal and smoothie recipes (affordable and simple to put together!), cell care supplements recommended by Eleanor to target and mend the necessary areas of my health as per my Dutch test results. On top of this, i have also lost 6 pounds and i am yet to commence my new training program in the gym! I am so grateful to have found Eleanor, her specialization in hormone functional healing and recovery was exactly what i've been looking for and i am so pleased i reached out to her. I cannot wait to see where i will be at the end of our 6 month journey! I have already recommended Eleanor to my neighbor's who've commented on my skin and figure, i will be reviewing with before and after photos at the end of my 6 month journey, it's worth sharing the results of Eleanor's expertise and passionate work that she puts into her clients!
