Over the years I’ve tried several different computer ‘experts’ some better than others but no one I was particularly happy with. (I am retired IT). Henry was recommended to me by another IT friend and I am very impressed, not only by his deep knowledge of all things related to laptops, but his sincerity and interest in my situation.
