Love the option of a person or the machine. If you go in after hours or even when someone is there to get your dry cleaning you are sent a code and you input into the machine and get your clothes. Love the ease of use and the option. My husbands shirts always look great and it’s a quick turnaround from drop off to pickup. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.
I am changing/updating this review as I was promptly contacted by the company and the issue was resolved. Ran into initial issues regarding pick-up/payment after hours. Was a bit of a scare not knowing if or when I was going to be able to get my uniforms back as it was after “human” hours and officially the weekend. Thankfully I was contacted less than 12hrs after the problem was identified. They apologized and delivered my uniforms to my home for me. Very thankful for the quick resolution.
