Didn't take long, got right in. The medical assistant was so sweet & nice. Very thorough! I asked a lot of questions & she knew all of them & was very patient! I wish I could remember her name...the majority of my appointment was spent with her. The doctor & the front desk lady were also very thorough & friendly as well.
We have been looking at options to treat our son's myopia and slow down the progression. We called a lot of different places, and the price for CRT was competitive here. They were completely up-front about the pricing and what it includes, and given it's quite an investment they want to make sure that your kiddo can actually insert and remove the contacts before you pay for custom lenses. Idaly was amazing with our son. He is highly sensitive and had a tough time in our first visit. She told us what to practice and we came back a few months later to try again. He was able to finally insert the lens, but we also learned it won't work for him so we're pursuing the eye drop option in the interim. We highly recommend Highline Vision and really appreciate Idaly. We hope to be able to use her again in a year or two!
